This 12.4-acre, 132-unit community was designed to feel welcoming, connected, and rooted in the Nevada landscape. With an 80% native plant palette, the landscape reflects the region’s high-desert character while creating comfortable outdoor spaces for residents.
Retention basins are shaped as shared open-space amenities, providing both ecological function and everyday usability. A themed playground and thoughtfully placed planting areas encourage community interaction and a sense of belonging.
